GENERAL QUESTIONS

Reservations allow you to guarantee availability for your group upon arrival. Whether it is for one or several lanes, you can book up to 1 hour in advance.

Bowling shoes are mandatory and must be worn at all times during play. You may bring your own bowling shoes, or we can rent them to you if you do not have any.

A pair of sneakers (running shoes) are not bowling shoes. Shoe soles must be kept clean and dry for your safety. They also help keep the wood of the lanes in good condition.

Outdoor shoes are strictly prohibited in the play area. If you are providing parental supervision, rental bowling shoes must be worn even if you are not playing.

If rental shoes are damaged, soaked, or not returned, penalty fees may be charged to the person responsible for the reservation.

Although our rental shoes are treated after each use, wearing socks is required. They are available for purchase at the front desk if needed.

Outside drinks are not permitted in the bowling alley. Any outside product will be confiscated. We have a snack bar and a bar offering a variety of drinks at reasonable prices. Please note that our bowling alley serves beverages (alcoholoic and non-alcoholic) at all times.

Outside food is not permitted in the bowling alley. Any outside product will be confiscated. We have a fully equipped snack bar offering several food options at reasonable prices.

A private room rental is required to bring a birthday cake into the bowling alley. Without a room rental, outside food is not permitted. Any outside product will be confiscated.

The entire group must arrive at least 15 minutes early to start exactly on time. If you notify us of a delay at least 30 minutes before your reservation time, we will attempt to move your reservation subject to availability. If this is not possible, your reservation will start at the scheduled time and you will lose that time without a refund to ensure the group finishes at the originally scheduled time.

Without prior notice, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and/or you may have to wait for another lane to become available.

Due to capacity restrictions, additional guests who are not on your reservation list may not be allowed to stay.

Please note that loitering is prohibited.

There is no designated waiting area. A maximum of 6 people can be assigned to a single lane. Therefore, if your group has more than 6 players, additional lanes are required based on the total number of people.

The “Cosmic Bowling” concept is a unique atmosphere — prioritized for parties and events!

Note that both of our floors offer the Cosmic Bowling experience. Availability varies daily; you can consult the schedule.

Bowling is the perfect activity for people of all ages! Since we are a “small-pins” (petites quilles) alley, the balls only weigh 3.5 lbs.

Due to the weight of the ball, children aged 3 and up should be able to play on their own. For younger children, our bowling alley offers ramps to make play easier at no extra cost. Their availability is not guaranteed.

We welcome bowling enthusiasts! Feel free to bring your own balls and bowling shoes on your next visit. Please note that the bowling alley is not responsible for any mechanical failure that could damage your equipment. The use of slide powder is prohibited in our establishment.

We are always fascinated by each player’s personal style, but there are a few basic principles to learn and respect. We ask that you roll your ball; there is no need to throw it hard. Bowling is a sport of precision, not strength.

After a warning, or depending on the severity of the act, any inappropriate behavior or damage caused to equipment or material (not limited to those listed above) could lead to the termination of your play time and immediate expulsion from the premises. Deposits or payments already made will not be refunded.

To ensure your group and your neighbors have fun, please follow these simple rules:

  • Before your arrival, the balls were sorted equally so that each pair of lanes has the same number of balls of each color. All our house balls have similar weight and dimensions.
  • Bowling shoes are mandatory and must be worn at all times during play. You may bring your own or rent them from us. Sneakers are not bowling shoes.
  • For the safety of everyone, shoe soles must be kept clean and dry. It is forbidden to wear outdoor shoes in the play area. Supervisors must also wear rental shoes even if not playing.
  • Only one person plays on the lane at a time. If more than one person throws a ball at the same time, a warning will be given.
  • Keep food and drinks away from the lanes to avoid spills and damage.
  • Stay behind the foul line! Crossing the foul line is extremely dangerous; the lane can be as slippery as an ice rink.
  • Enjoy your games on the lane assigned to your team.
  • If your lane is malfunctioning, the strings are tangled, or a ball gets stuck, please notify a staff member.
  • If your lane is closed, do not throw a ball.

Online booking

Due to high traffic, we strongly recommend booking in advance. Reservations allow you to guarantee availability for your group upon arrival, whether it is for a single lane or multiple lanes.
A lane reservation is a prepaid agreement for a specific date and time at our bowling alley for a predetermined number of people. Lane reservations allow us to guarantee availability for your group upon arrival—meaning no long wait times for you and your guests.

Remember that your entire group must arrive at least 15 MINUTES IN ADVANCE to start precisely on time. In the event that your group is late, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and/or you may have to wait for another lane to become available. If the reserved lanes are still available, you will lose the time missed without a refund to allow your group to finish at the originally scheduled time.

Online lane reservations are available for groups of 18 people or fewer. If you wish to book for a party, any other event, or for a group of more than 18 people, please send us an email with the following information: First and last name, phone number, date, time, desired duration, number of people, and the type of event you are booking for.

Next, select your desired date and time, the number of guests per age group, the package, and your desired playtime (For family packages, choose the correct package based on the number of adults/teens and children).

Please note that if you select the wrong package for your group size, it will be corrected upon your arrival. The final invoice amount will differ, and a balance may be payable before you can access your reservation.

Confirm your reservation by paying via your PayPal account or as a guest with a Visa credit or debit card. You will receive a confirmation email with your receipt, and you’ll be ready to play!

Please note that online reservations are for groups of 18 or fewer. To increase your group size or choose a date outside the online window, please send us an email.
Our online booking site manages the 12 lanes on the 2nd floor. If your date or time is not available, it means the 2nd floor is full, but not necessarily the entire bowling alley.

If you absolutely wish to play on the 2nd floor, you will need to choose another date and/or time. If you strictly require that specific date and time, send us an email with the following information: First and last name, phone number, date, time, desired duration, and the number of participants in each group (Adult 18+, Teen 13-17, Child 12-). Example: 2 adults, 1 teen, and 3 children.
A maximum of 6 players per lane is allowed. Online, you can book a maximum of 3 lanes.

If you wish to book for 19 people or more, you must send us an email with your contact details, date, time, duration, number of participants, and event type.
You can book a lane up to 45 days in advance online. Same-day reservations can be made if availability allows. If you wish to book lanes for a date further in the future than the window offered, we suggest waiting until the date becomes available.
Reservations are paid in full during the online process to guarantee that the lanes are held for your group
Any modification to a reservation must be made by sending us an email at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance. The reservation will be modified based on availability without penalty. If the modification is made after this deadline, the number of lanes or the time reserved in the original request will be charged in full.
It is possible to postpone a reservation with at least 5 days (120 hours) notice before your scheduled time without a late penalty.

To postpone, send us an email mentioning “postponement” and your reservation number. If the request is made after the deadline, a postponement fee will be added to your total ($6 per 30-minute block for each lane reserved).
It is possible to cancel a reservation with at least 7 days (168 hours) notice before your scheduled time without penalty. To cancel, please send us an email mentioning “cancellation” and your reservation number. The total amount paid will be transferred to a credit under your name to be used for future bowling reservations with us.

If the cancellation is made after the deadline: the total amount paid will not be refunded or transferred for a future reservation.

Birthday parties

If you want a specific date and time slot, you must book in advance (several weeks or even a month or more). All reservations require a deposit or full payment.
Unfortunately, since all our party packages include a private room rental, our online booking system does not allow this option. If you wish to organize a children’s party, you must contact us by email. Your request will then be processed by our team.
A private room rental is required to bring a birthday cake into the bowling alley. Without a room rental, outside food is not permitted. Any outside products will be confiscated.
With the purchase of a party package including room rental, you are permitted to bring a birthday cake as well as a specific list of food/drinks. Everything else is prohibited and will be confiscated. The reason is simple: we have a snack bar where you can purchase everything you need! Without a room rental, outside food and beverages are not allowed. Any outside products will be confiscated. Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances before confirming your party reservation.
To provide you with the correct information, we need a few details: the date, time, number of participants, and their ages. Please note that a minimum of 10 people, including 6 children, is required.
We understand that plans can change. You may modify your reservation by sending us an email at least 5 business days in advance. The reservation will be modified based on availability without a late penalty. We will contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm. The final invoice will be based on this updated number (or more if required).

If the modification is made after the deadline, or if no changes were made between the booking and the event itself, the original number of participants will prevail.
Our party packages include a minimum of 10 participants and a maximum of 3 accompanying parents. Any additional people will be added to the final invoice.
We allow you to add guests to your group, provided that additional lane availability exists.

*Please note that for party packages, a maximum of 5 players per lane is strongly suggested. Depending on the type of reservation, 2 or 3 accompanying parents are permitted for supervision at no extra charge. All additional guests will be added to the final invoice. *Due to capacity restrictions in your reserved room and the bowling alley itself, additional guests may not be permitted to stay.
While you have made a commitment to us, you may cancel your reservation by sending us an email at least 11 business days before the reservation date. The reservation will be canceled without a late penalty. We will contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm.

If the cancellation is made less than 11 business days before the reservation date, we will keep your deposit as a cancellation fee.
It is possible to postpone your party reservation to a later date (within a 28-day window) by sending us an email at least 8 business days before your reservation date. The reservation will be postponed without penalty. We will contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm.

Due to high traffic in our bowling alley, especially on weekends, we ask the person in charge to arrive exactly 30 minutes early—no more, no less.

Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the reservation. The reserved lanes will be ready, but the party room will only be accessible 30 minutes before the end of the play time.
While we try to be as flexible as possible, we cannot guarantee that your party time can be extended if you or your guests arrive late. Your play time and/or room time will likely be affected.
All our party packages include a private room rental. Two party rooms are available at the time of booking, subject to availability.
Regardless of whether it is the birthday child, or if the child plays for the full duration or only 15 minutes due to a delay, every child who plays will be included in the final invoice.
Upon arrival, a designated party coordinator—whom we call a “Lane Host”—and a member of our qualified staff will explain the procedures from your arrival to your departure. *Our Lane Hosts are shared resources; it is possible that two birthdays may take place simultaneously in their respective rooms.
Subject to availability, you can always purchase extra time on the day of your event. Simply ask your Lane Host, and they will check availability with the front desk manager. We are always happy to help!
There are no event fees or administrative fees associated with your party.

*Please note that staff gratuities are not included and are at your discretion. They are greatly appreciated; even if the owner serves you, tips are shared among the employees assigned to your party.
Our bowling alley offers free parking! You can park on the North side of the building or in our lot behind the alley. Please note that if you park on the street, BG Laval 2000 is not responsible if your vehicle is towed. Please read the signs accordingly.
It is forbidden to bring decorations that must be taped or glued to the walls or ceiling. It is also forbidden to bring confetti, piñatas, bubbles, or any other items that could damage the party room or bowling alley (walls, ceilings, floors) or interfere with the work of the Lane Hosts.
