Our terms and conditions.

We are pleased to offer the ability to make an online reservation. Please note, by making an online reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions of service for this feature.

General booking conditions

  1. Your confirmation email will serve as a contract, you will be bound by the terms and conditions herein.
  2. Booking payment are final. They’re non-refundable, neither in part or in totality.
  3. Your whole group must arrive at least 15 MINUTES ahead to start at the specific time. In the event that your group is late, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and/or you may have to wait for one or more lanes to become available. If your lanes are still available, you will forfeit, without refund, the amount of time to allow your group to finish as originally scheduled.
  4. All bookings are time-based bowling. If there is a reservation scheduled after your experience, no additional time can be added to your reservation.
  5. Maximum of bowlers per lane is 6, no matter how old are the participants, no exception is permitted or allowed!
  6. It is forbidden to wear outdoor shoes in the playing area. Bowling shoes are mandatory in the bowling area (seats and lane) and must be worn at all times.
  7. Parental supervision is required that is why at least 1 playing adult per lane is necessary.
  8. NO spectators are allowed in the bowling area (seats and lane)
  9. Reservations of more than 3 lanes must be made directly by contacting us in advance, by email at bookingbglaval2000@outlook.com.
  10. All booking changes must be made by sending an email to this address: bookingbglaval2000@outlook.com, requested with 3 days (72 hours) notice, and the reservation will be modify based on availability, without any penalty for off limit modification. If the modification has been made off limit, the number of lanes or time originally booked will be fully charged.
  11. It is possible to postpone a reservation with 5 days (120 hours) notice before the time/date of your reservation, without penalty for off-limit postponement. Off-limit deferral fee: $6 per 30-minute for each lane reserved. If you need to postpone your reservation, please email bookingbglaval2000@outlook.com.
  12. To benefit from a group discount (19 people or more) or for a birthday package with room reservation, the booking must be made at least 5 days before the date of the event, you can still book at the regular rate if there is availability.
  13. To benefit of a birthday package price with room reservation, the booking must be made at least 5 days before the date of the event, you can still book at the regular rate if there is availability.
  14. Reservations for events, parties and regular bowling must all be of the same reservation, the same type of bowling, the same bowling duration and the same bowling package when booking. The combination of different types of packages and booking offers is not allowed and cannot be managed together as a single booking.
  15. Any discounts automatically applied by the booking system are only valid for the selected date and time. Changing your booking to a different date and time will void any discount or forfeit the credits applied.
  16. All prices displayed include applicable government taxes. If the Federal, Provincial or Municipal Government imposes a special tax on bowling alleys or changes the tax rate established on the date of the contract, an adjustment will come into effect immediately.

On-site information’s

  8. Socks are required and must be worn when wearing rental bowling shoes. If you arrive without socks, they are available for purchase for you and your group at check-in.
  9. Once check-in is done, the whole group will have to deposit shoes/boots and coats in the cloakroom that has been designated for you.
  10. Food or beverages purchased elsewhere are not permitted inside the Salon de Quilles BG LAVAL 2000.
  11. If you or a member of your group enter with alcoholic beverages purchased outside the Salon de Quilles BG LAVAL 2000, your reservation will be terminated immediately without refund or compensation. Alcoholic beverages will be confiscated by Salon de Quilles BG LAVAL 2000 staff and your group will be asked to leave the bowling center immediately.
  12. Although we strive to provide the best services to our customers, sometimes there is a mechanical breakdown or other unexpected circumstances (such as bad weather) that cause a delay or change in your booking. The Salon de Quilles BG LAVAL 2000 reserves the right to modify the number of lanes available, or to modify the times available for your reservation, without compensation to your group, without notice.
  13. The Salon de Quilles BG LAVAL 2000 strives to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all our staff and customers. Aggressive behavior towards staff, other customers or equipment in our establishment will not be tolerated and your bowling experience will be terminated without refund or compensation. You’ll be asked to leave the bowling center immediately.

No food and drinks outside

  • No food or drink outside is allowed at the Salon de Quilles BG LAVAL 2000, with some exceptions. If you have any questions about the type of reservation you made, feel free to email bookingbglaval2000@outlook.com to confirm.

Government restrictions

  • If the provincial or federal government imposes restrictions on our hours of operation, capacity limits or any other regulation that prevents us from providing the services booked or the ability to fulfill your reservation, we will offer a credit up to the total amount paid for that booking. The credit will be transferred and kept in an account that can be used for future Bowling bookings.
